Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
In case of late arrival, please note that a full payment is required as per the initial booking.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you must inform us by phone, email, or text message more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No fee will be applied for cancellations prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
For cancellations within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your treatment.
No-shows are required to pay compensation for the full appointment.
